Who am I?

I am a believer that you can change your life. I provide the resources to let you make that change.

My name is Hagan McHenry.

Ultrarunner, engineer, risk taker, doer of hard things, health focused, nature lover, and husband are a handful of words to describe me.

Born in England, raised in the corn fields of Indiana, matured in the Boundary Waters of Minnesota, graduated from Purdue University, and living life in Colorado.

I’m a believer that your life is in your own hands. Your happiness, your accomplishments, the person you are is all within your control to an extent. I want big things from life, and as far as I’m aware I only get one. I don’t want to have regrets. I would think that we all dream of wanting more. We want to see the world, to get the body of our dreams, be a millionaire, etc. Well I’m done dreaming and I’m going to get to living.
